The Object list toolbox
This toolbox gives access to the scene objects.
The object list
The scene objects are listed there. Each object is displayed by its name and a type icon.
Some objects names are in bold : this means they have been modified since the scene was opened.

Each object is displayed by its name and a type icon:
Renaming an object
To rename an object, select it first, then click on its name. This opens an editor. Two objects of the same kind (e.g materials) cannot have the same name.
Editing an object
Double clicking on an object opens it in a new object tree editor tab in the main window. You may also right click on the object, and select "Edit"
Selecting multiple objects
Select a first object by clicking on it, then use ctrl-click to select other objects, and shift-click to select an object range.
Deleting objects
First select one or several objects, then either:
- Click on the
button
- Press "Del" on the keyboard
- Right click on the selection, then choose
Delete object
Duplicating objects
First select one or several objects, then right click on the selection and choose Duplicate
Exporting objects
First select one or several objects, then click on the button. You may also right click on the selection and choose
Export.

Importing objects
Importing objects is not done through the Object list toolbox, but with the "File > Import" menu. You can choose to selectively import an object type only, or all objects from a file.
Creating new objects
Click on one of the object type buttons on the top of the toolbox to create a new object:
Creating a library
This feature is only available with a material SDK license.
First select one or several objects, then right click on the selection and choose Create library.
